Hardware Design Engineer-Electrical/Electronics

Responsibilities:

 

Hardware Design: Lead and contribute to the design and development of electronic hardware components, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.

 

Circuit Design: Design and implement analog and digital circuits, considering factors such as power consumption, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility.

 

Prototype Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and test prototypes, iterating designs based on feedback and performance evaluations.

 

Collaboration: Collaborate with software engineers, firmware developers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.

 

Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and reliability of hardware designs, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

 

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

 

Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in hardware design, electronic components, and industry best practices.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

 

Proven experience in hardware design, with a focus on electrical and electronics components.

 

Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.

 

Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.

 

Experience with simulation tools and design verification.

 

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

 

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

 

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

 

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
