Job Description:

 

Are you passionate about electronics and customer satisfaction? Powerlive Zimbabwe is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support for our electronic products.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

 

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our electronic products and implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of our products to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

 

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support database.

 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

 

Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our electronic products.

 

Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

 

Qualifications:

 

Technical Background: A degree or equivalent qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

 

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective and timely solutions.

 

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 

Prior Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or technical role is an advantage.
