Urbanwire Advertising is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our Digital Marketing team within the West Property Marketing Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, training, and developing the team, while ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of West Property brands.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Team Management:

Lead, train, and develop the Digital Marketing team within the West Property Marketing Department.

Website Management:

Oversee the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring SEO optimization.

Ensure website content is up to date, consistent in tone, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Evaluate user journey clarity and measure content performance against established KPIs.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with agencies to brief and manage the content creation process for all West Property brands.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and drives lead generation.

Social Media:

Plan and coordinate activities across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

Increase engagement and expand social media audience base.

Advertising:

Coordinate, track, and report on all online advertising efforts.

Email Marketing:

Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activities.

Grow the subscriber base and create engaging, relevant content, including testing to optimize results.

Reporting:

Monitor, report, and analyze results using tools such as Google Analytics.

Implement improvements based on performance data.

Crisis Management:

Effectively manage any online crises that may arise.

Other:

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

Undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and West Property Zimbabwe’s organizational goals.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent copywriting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in creating and managing social media campaigns for lead generation.

Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.

Big agency experience is required.
