Customer Service Officer – Bulawayo and Gweru Branch

A vacancy has arisen within Personal Banking Department for suitably and qualified Customer Service Officer, reporting to the Branch Manager. The role will be responsible for acquiring new business, process new accounts and manage existing portfolio.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience.

A Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent is a requirement.

Diploma in IOBZ is an added advantage

1 to 2 years’ experience in the Banking Environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills
